Architecture in times of disasters
Wheter it's war, an earthquake, a flood or any other disaster, the world moves. Everyone, in their own area and to the best of their abilities, is trying to help those in need and even if we wanted to, we could not ignore the changes in the world and in nature.
There are many ways of looking at what is happening, but we would like to look at it from an architectural point of view in this round table discussion.The international and national participiants of the Architecture in Times of Disasters meeting will share their own experiences and tell us what they think architecture can do and what architects can do in the face of various tragedies caused by man and nature.
The world's greatest professional architects will sit around a table to present their achievements and their plans for the present and the future.
What do the world's leading architects in Europe and Asia think? How can architecture prepare for unexpected tragedies?
The discussion will also seek answers to these questions.

Legyen szó háborúról, földrengésről, árvízről vagy egyéb katasztrófáról, megmozdul a világ. A maga területén és lehetőségeihez mérten mindenki igyekszik segíteni a bajba jutottakon, ha szeretnénk, sem tudnák elkerülni figyelmünket a világban és a természetben történő változások.
Sok szemszögből meg lehet vizsgálni a történéseket, mi most mindezt építészeti szemmel szeretnénk feltárni a kerekasztal-beszélgetés alkalmával.
Az "Építészet a katasztrófák idején" címmel meghirdetett találkozó nemzetközi és hazai résztvevői saját tapasztalataikat is beemelve mondják el, hogy szerintük mi lehet a feladata az építésznek, illetve mit tehetnek az építészek a különböző, ember és természet okozta tragédiák esetén.
A világ legnagyobb, szakmailag elismert építészei ülnek le egy asztalhoz, hogy ismertessék eddigi munkásságaikat és terveiket a jelenre és a jövőnkre vonatkozóan.
Hogyan gondolkodnak minderről a világ vezető építészei Európában, illetve Ázsiában? Hogyn lehet építészetileg felkészülni a váratlan tragédiákra?
A beszélgetés során ezekre a kérdésekre keressük a válaszokat.
