A k\u00e1v\u00e9 pap\u00edrpoh\u00e1rban \u00e9rkezik a vil\u00e1g b\u00e1rmely pontj\u00e1n ugyanatt\u00f3l a l\u00e1nct\u00f3l, az \u00e9telek \u00edze standardiz\u00e1lt, a digit\u00e1lis t\u00e9r pedig sehol \u00e9s mindenhol van egyszerre. Sir Roger Scruton, a konzervat\u00edv gondolkod\u00e1s egyik legnagyobb alakja szerint azonban van egy mened\u00e9k, egy ritu\u00e1l\u00e9, amely visszavezet minket a val\u00f3s\u00e1gba, a f\u00f6ldh\u00f6z \u00e9s egym\u00e1shoz. Ez a mened\u00e9k nem m\u00e1s, mint a bor.<br><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">De mi\u00e9rt t\u00f6bb a bor egyszer\u0171 alkoholos italn\u00e1l? Mi\u00e9rt tekintett Scruton a borfogyaszt\u00e1sra nem b\u0171n\u00f6s \u00e9lvezetk\u00e9nt, hanem filoz\u00f3fiai, s\u0151t, szinte szakr\u00e1lis tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gk\u00e9nt? \u00c9s hogyan kapcsol\u00f3dik mindez a magyar l\u00e9lekhez, a Tokaji hegyoldalakhoz vagy a Balaton-felvid\u00e9k d\u0171l\u0151ihez?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>A \u201eValahol\u201d \u00edze az \u201eAk\u00e1rhol\u201d vil\u00e1g\u00e1ban<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Scruton egyik legfontosabb filoz\u00f3fiai alapvet\u00e9se az <em>oikof\u00edlia<\/em>, az otthon szeretete. A globaliz\u00e1ci\u00f3 &#8222;Anywhere&#8221; (ak\u00e1rhol) embereivel szemben \u0151 a &#8222;Somewhere&#8221; (valahol) embereinek fontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t hirdette. Azok\u00e9t, akik k\u00f6t\u0151dnek egy t\u00e1jhoz, egy k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9ghez.<br><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Ebben a keretrendszerben a bor a lokalit\u00e1s legt\u00f6k\u00e9letesebb szimb\u00f3luma. A bor ugyanis nem hazudik: megmondja, honnan j\u00f6tt. A franci\u00e1k ezt <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">terroir<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">-nak h\u00edvj\u00e1k, mi a term\u0151hely karakter\u00e9nek. Amikor egy poh\u00e1r min\u0151s\u00e9gi bort emel\u00fcnk a sz\u00e1nkhoz, nem csup\u00e1n erjesztett sz\u0151l\u0151levet iszunk, hanem &#8222;t\u00e1jat fogyasztunk&#8221;.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Ahogy Scruton <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Iszom, teh\u00e1t vagyok<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> c\u00edm\u0171 m\u0171v\u00e9ben kifejti: a borban benne van a f\u00f6ld \u00e1sv\u00e1nyoss\u00e1ga, a napf\u00e9ny ereje, \u00e9s ami a legfontosabb: a gener\u00e1ci\u00f3k \u00f3ta ott \u00e9l\u0151 emberek tud\u00e1sa \u00e9s munk\u00e1ja. Egy palack soml\u00f3i juhfarkban ott rejt\u0151zik a kialudt vulk\u00e1nok eml\u00e9ke, egy szeksz\u00e1rdi bikav\u00e9rben pedig a l\u00f6sz\u00f6s talaj melegs\u00e9ge. A borfogyaszt\u00e1s teh\u00e1t konzervat\u00edv cselekedet: tiszteletad\u00e1s a f\u00f6ldnek \u00e9s az \u0151s\u00f6knek, akik meg\u0151rizt\u00e9k azt sz\u00e1munkra. Ez az \u00f6kol\u00f3giai felel\u0151ss\u00e9gv\u00e1llal\u00e1s legnemesebb form\u00e1ja \u2013 nem a p\u00e1nik, hanem a szeretet vez\u00e9rli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hamvas \u00e9s Scruton asztal\u00e1n\u00e1l<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nem lehet magyar nyelven a bor filoz\u00f3fi\u00e1j\u00e1r\u00f3l \u00edrni an\u00e9lk\u00fcl, hogy meg ne eml\u00edten\u00e9nk Hamvas B\u00e9l\u00e1t, aki <em>A bor filoz\u00f3fi\u00e1ja<\/em> c\u00edm\u0171 m\u0171v\u00e9ben szinte k\u00eds\u00e9rtetiesen hasonl\u00f3 h\u00farokat pend\u00edt meg, mint angol kort\u00e1rsa. Mindketten hittek abban, hogy a bor a civiliz\u00e1ci\u00f3 egyik tart\u00f3oszlopa.<br><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">M\u00edg a t\u00f6m\u00e9ny szesz gyakran a felejt\u00e9s eszk\u00f6ze \u2013 a gyors m\u00e1mor\u00e9, amely kiszak\u00edt a val\u00f3s\u00e1gb\u00f3l \u2013, addig a bor az eml\u00e9kez\u00e9s itala. A bor lass\u00fas\u00e1got k\u00f6vetel. Nem lehet &#8222;behabzsolni&#8221;, mint egy gyors\u00e9ttermi men\u00fct. Meg kell adni a m\u00f3dj\u00e1t: a megfelel\u0151 poharat, a h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9kletet, \u00e9s legf\u0151k\u00e9ppen a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1got.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Scruton figyelmeztet minket: a mag\u00e1nyos iv\u00e1szat vesz\u00e9lyes \u00e9s l\u00e9lek\u00f6l\u0151. A bor igazi rendeltet\u00e9se, hogy a besz\u00e9lget\u00e9s k\u00eds\u00e9r\u0151je legyen. A koccint\u00e1s pillanat\u00e1ban a &#8222;mi&#8221; \u00e9lm\u00e9nye sz\u00fcletik meg. A digit\u00e1lis elidegened\u00e9s kor\u00e1ban, amikor bar\u00e1ts\u00e1gaink gyakran csak az online t\u00e9rre korl\u00e1toz\u00f3dnak, egy \u00fcveg bor k\u00f6z\u00f6s elfogyaszt\u00e1sa radik\u00e1lis tett. Azt jelenti: itt vagyok, figyelek r\u00e1d, \u00e9s megosztom veled ezt az \u00e9lm\u00e9nyt. Ez a Scruton Hubok \u00e9s a konzervat\u00edv k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi terek egyik legfontosabb \u00fczenete is: a val\u00f3s emberi kapcsolatok helyre\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa a \u201ekis k\u00f6r\u00f6k\u201d szabads\u00e1g\u00e1ban.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>A sz\u00e9ps\u00e9g \u00e9s a m\u00e9rt\u00e9kletess\u00e9g er\u00e9nye<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A konzervat\u00edv filoz\u00f3fia nem az aszk\u00e9zisr\u0151l sz\u00f3l, hanem az \u00e9let\u00f6r\u00f6m helyes mederbe terel\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l. Scruton sokat \u00edrt a sz\u00e9ps\u00e9g elveszt\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l a modern \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szetben \u00e9s m\u0171v\u00e9szetben, de ugyanilyen fontosnak tartotta az \u00edzl\u00e9s meg\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9t a gasztron\u00f3mi\u00e1ban is.<br><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">A borfogyaszt\u00e1s eszt\u00e9tikai nevel\u00e9s is egyben. Megtan\u00edt k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9get tenni a sil\u00e1ny \u00e9s az \u00e9rt\u00e9kes k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Megtan\u00edt a t\u00fcrelemre \u2013 hiszen a j\u00f3 bornak id\u0151 kell. \u00c9s megtan\u00edt a m\u00e9rt\u00e9kletess\u00e9gre. A c\u00e9l nem a r\u00e9szegs\u00e9g, hanem az emelkedetts\u00e9g. A kommunizmus \u00e9vtizedei alatt a mennyis\u00e9gi termel\u00e9sre k\u00e9nyszer\u00edtett agr\u00e1rium majdnem ki\u00f6lte a min\u0151s\u00e9get \u00e9s a szakralit\u00e1st a bork\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9sb\u0151l. A rendszerv\u00e1lt\u00e1s \u00f3ta eltelt id\u0151szak egyik legnagyobb sikert\u00f6rt\u00e9nete a magyar bor\u00e1szok \u00f6ntudatra \u00e9bred\u00e9se: visszat\u00e9r\u00e9s a gy\u00f6kerekhez, a helyi fajt\u00e1khoz (mint a furmint vagy a kadarka) \u00e9s a min\u0151s\u00e9gi k\u00e9zm\u0171vess\u00e9ghez. Ez a folyamat a scrutoni konzervativizmus gyakorlati megval\u00f3sul\u00e1sa: a hagyom\u00e1ny nem a hamu \u0151rz\u00e9se, hanem a l\u00e1ng tov\u00e1bbad\u00e1sa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Konkl\u00fazi\u00f3: Palackba z\u00e1rt kult\u00fara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Mi\u00e9rt foglalkozzon teh\u00e1t egy k\u00f6z\u00e9let ir\u00e1nt \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u0151 fiatal a borral?
